Bass Institute of Bastrop is here to coach and assist anglers of all levels in an awesome fishing adventure on Lake Bastrop. We offer guided fishing trips on a beautiful piney lake that has a healthy bass fishing habitat.
Maybe you’ve never cast a line, or you want to take your fishing to the next level and could use some coaching. Maybe you have the day off and you just want to fish. That’s where we can help.
At Bass Institute of Bastrop, we want to share the knowledge and experiences of being in nature and connecting with bass fishing. From a day to remember, to tips, tricks, and techniques you can use on any body of water. Let’s go fishing!

Bass 101
We supply the equipment and work at your pace to teach you the fundamentals of bass fishing.
We cover equipment, casting, lures, techniques & presentations, and much more. Lake Bastrop Only.
Bass 102
This is for the experienced angler that would like to have a fishing adventure on Lake Bastrop or Fayetteville Lake.

You don't want to fish, but you would like to photograph Lake Bastrop and its rich wildlife.
